The short version

Certified Nothing collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, and nothing ever leaves your device.

What the app stores

All of it stays on your device only, in Apple’s standard UserDefaults storage, and is never transmitted anywhere:

• Your daily-open streak and calendar history (which days you opened the app)
• A lifetime count of how many times you’ve tapped the counter
• Whether you’ve turned on the optional daily reminder

None of this is linked to your identity, sent to us, or shared with anyone. If you delete the app, it’s gone.

Notifications

The daily reminder is off by default and only ever turns on if you explicitly enable it in Settings. It’s a local notification scheduled on your device — it does not involve any server, and no notification content or usage data is collected by us.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or handle your payment details — that’s handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of which product you purchased, which is used solely to unlock that tier within the app.

Third parties

None. No advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters that phone home. The app’s Privacy Manifest declares exactly one required-reason API category (UserDefaults, for the on-device storage described above) and no data collection of any kind.

Children’s privacy

Certified Nothing does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If anything here ever changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will reflect it.
